Position Responsibilities & Requirements for Business Development Manager:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional with the following qualifications and responsibilities:- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the capital equipment or packaging machinery sector.- Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.- Strong technical understanding of machinery used in pharma and packaging industries, including labelling machines, induction sealing, and pharma packaging equipment.- Proven track record in technical sales, including conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and supporting the client through technical evaluations.- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert potential clients, manage sales pipelines, and close deals independently.- Experience in B2B consultative selling with long sales cycles and a strategic approach to client management.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with engineering, procurement, and top-level decision-makers.- Will be responsible for achieving sales targets within assigned regions or sectors.- Must be proactive in market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback integration.- Budget: Compensation up to 12-13 LPA, based on experience and fit.
