- Convert inbound sales leads for Pro and Enterprise offers through timely engagement, discovery, and qualification.
- Generate a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) and strategic account targeting.
- Localise and continuously improve messaging and sequences for the APAC market-sharing insights on what resonates and performs.
- Run high-quality discovery conversations with senior stakeholders and identify business needs, use cases, and decision criteria.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to progress opportunities and be instrumental in closing key deals.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene (activity logging, notes, next steps) and consistently meet or exceed pipeline goals.
- Clean and accurate CRM notes, stages, and next steps
- A steady flow of qualified meetings and opportunities
- Clear contribution to closing key Pro and Enterprise deals (e.g., strong qualification, deal strategy support, and smooth handoff through to signature)
- Curiosity and experimentation in outbound messaging
- Strong collaboration with Marketing and leadership
- 5+ years of sales experience, closing deals, (ideally B2B SaaS) with outbound prospecting exposure, experience in a similar industry is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, metrics-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-volume workflow.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or a similar CRM tool, and with Google Workspace, is a plus.
- Experience in selling a CRM suite is a plus.
- Exposure to multi-channel marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, digital/mobile marketing, retail, or D2C brands is a plus.
