• Stock control: Oversee stock levels and make decisions about stock control

• Marketing: Prepare promotional materials and displays, and develop sales and marketing strategies

• Budgeting: Manage budgets and maintain financial records

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation

• Problem solving: Identify the root cause of issues and develop effective solutions
