The activities will be majorly related to working with Conditioning Monitoring systems which includes Vibration Analysis, Lubrication Monitoring, Non-Destructive testing and other advance techniques which help to improve customer’s productivity, plan for scheduled machinery maintenance, and increase efficiency.Your responsibilitiesYou are responsible for the Asset Health systems (condition monitoring systems) deployment and support in monitoring of the Machines / Equipment connected to FLS IoT platform using the CMS solution installed at customer site.You are responsible for alerting the internal stakeholders and customers if you find any anomaly or deviation in the AH Data (waveforms) while initial installation and also during monitoring phase of the Asset health systems.You will extend support for sending reports to customers periodically and when there is a detection of failure (possible) trigger.You will participate and provide feedback to AH development team while defining the monitoring strategy, FMEA discussions, Alarm strategy, Sensor specs for AH Solution packages for various equipment in Mining industry.You will work closely with the Site Connectivity and CMS Application Onboarding team and support them during the site installation of CMS solutions.You will also work very closely with the Product Line managers, Engineering team and Service Team to define the scope of CMS Solutions.You would ensure timely response to the issues (Tickets / Incidents) with proper resolution in short timeline for the issues raised related to Asset health.You will support Sales / proposal teams with technical information while bidding for new orders or clarifying customer queries.What you bringCertified Category Level-2 Vibration Analyst.Experience in Installation and Commissioning of AH / CMS systems at Customer sites including Sensor Mounting and other Field panels setup required for the same.You have experience in Commissioning of CMS systems like Dalog, Pruftechnic, Condmaster, BKV, etc. incl. Condmaster Ruby Software and CES Server.You must have knowledge about the Machines and Subsystems like Hydraulics and Lubrication systems, preferably in Mining process.You are good at Alarm analysis, machine health analysis and reporting incl. RCA reports.Sufficient Knowledge of Mining industry and Mineral Extraction processes is an added advantage.Knowledge of IoT technology, Data collection techniques, Industrial communication protocols will be an added advantage.You have a good understanding of software tools used in dashboards, Data analysis, predictive modeling etc.,Able to travel up to 30-45 days in a year.Education QualificationBachelor/Master’s Engineering degree specialized in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.Experience6 - 10 years of experience.
