- Establish and maintain relationship and provide added service to selected clients in supporting the business relationship.
- Maintain and exercise control over allotted portfolios to ensure that services to customers are of the highest standard.
- Constantly monitoring customer quality to minimize the risk of loss to the bank.
- Continue to improve the client related processes related to CMS and general banking products.
- Responsible to handle escalation issue and iron out any processing gaps identified during post implementation period.
- Provide regular updates/share of knowledge on client in portfolio to the Client Service Team.
- Remain knowledgeable of changing industry and educate clients.
- The client services operations team provides support in the management of client queries. This includes things like documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, maintaining client accounts and performing any special requests using core banking software etc.
- With an ever-increasing array of complex products and services, you must stay on top of complex databases and applications to assist in the delivery of customer service.
