Client and Stakeholder Management - focuses on maintaining strong relationships and ensuring the ODC's work aligns with the client's business goals.· Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and managing expectations.· Understand the client's business objectives and translate them into a technical roadmap.· Proactively identify opportunities for the ODC to add value, such as through new technologies or process improvements.4. Technical Innovation and Operational Excellence - driving technical excellence and ensuring the ODC operates efficiently.· Ensure the ODC's infrastructure (cloud, development environments, etc.) is secure, stable, and cost-effective.· Foster a culture of technical innovation and problem-solving.· Optimize resource allocation and utilization across all teams.RequirementsEngineering Manager / Director (10+ years experience)Person with background of product engineering, distributed systems or advanced data analytics programs. This is a technical role. Hands-on skills preferred.Should have managed team of 30 minimum.
