Work on various control reports aligned to the process which are critical to Quality/Compliance
Help identify trends with Forbearance accounts
Help understand and analyze Forbearance accounts
Ability to determine areas of opportunity and partner with functional groups to acquire actionable process improvements across impacted business lines
Complete special projects and duties assigned
Ability to perform & deliver within timelines

Qualifications/Requirements:

10+2 or Graduation in any discipline minimum of 2 years’ customer solutions/collections experience in financial services industry
Internal Candidates must have Knowledge of Genius/FDR/DM etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills to include handling of interpersonal conflict
Superior written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
Strong PC Skills
Self-motivated, self-directed
Possess a high level of integrity
Team Player and excellent analytical skills
Should be open to work in shifts/rotational offs
Last annual performance rating should at least be Strong Contributor
