Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the operations of our Structural Steel Plant. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of plant operations, production processes, and team leadership, with at least 12 years of relevant experience in the steel or heavy fabrication industry.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day plant operations including production, maintenance, and quality control.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across the facility.Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.Supervise and manage all department heads and ensure optimal performance of all teams.Monitor and control operational costs and budgets efficiently.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.Maintain effective communication with vendors, clients, and top management.Prepare and submit operational reports, project updates, and performance metrics.Troubleshoot plant and equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Ensure workforce discipline, training, and skill development programs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in related fieldMinimum 12 years of experience in a similar role within a structural steel or fabrication plant.Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.Knowledge of steel fabrication processes, CNC machines, welding, cutting, and handling equipment.Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.Proficiency in ERP systems and plant management software is an advantage.JOB APPLYhttp://jobs.vinayakjob.com/CONTACT DETAILS - Name - NAMRATA Number - 9109999660 Mail id - namrata@vinayakjob.com
