This full-time position demands strong expertise in project management within the Wind Energy sector, focusing on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Qualifications and Skills
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects within the renewable energy sector, specifically in wind energy to the tune of 3GW.
  • Strong understanding and experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring adherence to all quality and safety standards.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams comprising diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of project progress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and address them proactively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
