Making PR for request received from internal stakeholders
Releasing PO to supplier for material required and get material within required timelines.
Getting vendor registration documents from new supplier and register them in system
Supplier sourcing as per specs shared by requester.
Order acknowledgement and ensure timely delivery of materials at Unbox Robotics.
Resolution of any issues during the GRN or receipt of materials in SAP.
Reject material disposition with suppliers.
Coordinating with finance team for timely payment to supplier
Working with logistics team to get shipments from domestic suppler and provide required documents
Ordering mechanical parts like Sheet metal, Machining parts and other bought out items
Daily monitoring of POs sent and their ETA to plan development activities
Follow-up with supplier for mechanical rejected items and quality team

Requirements:

Knowledge of MS excel
Excellent knowledge of ordering mechanical components preferably sheet metal and machining parts
