Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market trends, customer behaviour and competition to identify growth opportunities. - Lead generation, prospecting, and research activities. - Support in preparing sales and other client-facing materials. - Engage with potential clients via email, calls, and social media platforms. - Follow up with leads and assist in nurturing customer relationships. - Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning. - Support administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports. Requirements: - Strong interest in sales and technology. - Should schedule 15 meetings with the Reporting Heads monthly.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. - Knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus but not mandatory. - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
