The successful candidate will have strong software development skills and in-depth knowledge of IBM FileNet and Content Manager OnDemand technologies.Skills & Competencies:Development:

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the FileNet P8 , Datacap and Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) platforms.

Integration:

Integrate IBM FileNet and Datcap systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
APIs and Web Services: Develop and utilize APIs and web services to extend the functionality of our ECM systems.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within the FileNet and CMOD environments, providing timely support to end-users.
Documentation: Produce clear and concise technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualifications and SkillsRequired:

Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on development experience with IBM FileNet P8, Datacap.
Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on development experience with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).
Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
