Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 environments (Content Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator).
Design and implement object stores, document classes, security models, and workflows.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access policies.
Conduct performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies.

DataCap Administration:

Install, configure, and administer IBM DataCap applications and capture profiles.
Design and deploy DataCap solutions for document capture, classification, and indexing.
Manage DataCap task profiles, rulesets, and batch processing.
Troubleshoot DataCap operations and ensure optimal performance.
Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with development teams to support integration efforts between FileNet, DataCap, and other systems.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Create and maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications and SkillsRequired:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM FileNet P8 systems.
4+ years of experience in IBM DataCap administration and configuration.
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell, JavaScript).

Preferred:

Experience with Linux and/or AIX operating systems.
Knowledge of web technologies and integration tools.
Familiarity with enterprise content management (ECM) concepts.
