The Role ResponsibilitiesTo assist the LAF India Team in their daily duties
  • Acting as the department Departmental Continuity Co-ordinator (DCC)
  • Acting as the department Compliant Representative (CR)
  • To support the LAF India team with all secretarial / office administration requirements
  • Assist the team in day-to-day business support ( e.g. review expense reports to comply with policy, review all invoices submitted and prepare for authorization, place orders for supplies and equipment required by the department).
  • Arrange Hotel booking/Visas for the team members traveling in India and overseas.
  • Arrange / Organise for Business meetings / Lunch or Dinner Meetings as required by the team
  • File confidential documents for the team and ensure filing system is in order. Archival included.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate various events / offsites for the department
  • Raise RMS requests and liaise with IT service support
  • Arrange joining procedures for new joinees / IG’s and Interns.
  • Submission of T&E and Eprocs for the team
