- Acting as the department Departmental Continuity Co-ordinator (DCC)
- Acting as the department Compliant Representative (CR)
- To support the LAF India team with all secretarial / office administration requirements
- Assist the team in day-to-day business support ( e.g. review expense reports to comply with policy, review all invoices submitted and prepare for authorization, place orders for supplies and equipment required by the department).
- Arrange Hotel booking/Visas for the team members traveling in India and overseas.
- Arrange / Organise for Business meetings / Lunch or Dinner Meetings as required by the team
- File confidential documents for the team and ensure filing system is in order. Archival included.
- Arrange and co-ordinate various events / offsites for the department
- Raise RMS requests and liaise with IT service support
- Arrange joining procedures for new joinees / IG’s and Interns.
- Submission of T&E and Eprocs for the team
- LAF South Asia team
- Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in India/ LAF
- Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats); Refer Job responsibilities above
