- Lead and oversee the Source to Pay customer support team, ensuring high levels of service delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage purchase requisition/ purchase order processing, invoice processing, payment tracking, and discrepancy resolution while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide support for Source to pay (S2P) upstream processes, third party risk management, contracting, supplier onboarding.
- Manage customer/vendor support helpdesk for procurement and AP related queries.
- Manage escalations and act as the primary point of contact for critical customer support matters.
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence for turnaround time, accuracy and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and IT to streamline workflows and resolve complex issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on support metrics, customer feedback, and improvement plans.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in P2P Accounts payable, supply chain management, or a related field is often required.
- Strong expertise in Procure-to-pay (P2P) with working knowledge for Source-to-pay(S2P)
- Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement tools such as SAP ERP, SAB Ariba, Coupa
- Microsoft app (Excel, power point)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
