Job Title: Freelance VLSI Expert Company: Grades Buddy Location: Remote (Open to candidates from IITs and NITs) Job Type: Freelance Salary: Earnings based on task difficulty, approximately 10-15k INR per week if someone gives 2 hours a day for around 4-5 days a week. Perks: Exposure to case studies, projects, and study materials from international universities like Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, etc. Overview: Grades Buddy is seeking a Freelance VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or a National Institute of Technology (NIT) with expertise in VLSI design and a strong understanding of integrated circuit design principles. As a VLSI Expert, you will assist college students with their doubts, questions, assignments, and projects related to VLSI and digital design topics. Responsibilities: 1. Provide expert guidance and assistance to college students on VLSI design concepts, including but not limited to digital logic design, RTL (Register Transfer Level) coding, synthesis, verification, and physical design. 2. Help students understand the theoretical foundations and practical applications of VLSI design methodologies and tools. 3. Review and provide feedback on student assignments, projects, and lab exercises related to VLSI design. 4. Assist students in troubleshooting issues and debugging problems encountered during the VLSI design process. 5. Work on deadline-based assignments and ensure timely delivery of solutions. 6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in VLSI technology and tools to provide students with the most relevant and up-to-date information. Requirements: 1. Graduation from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or a National Institute of Technology (NIT) is mandatory. 2. Strong knowledge and understanding of VLSI design principles, methodologies, and tools. 3. Proficiency in using VLSI design software tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, etc. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to students with varying levels of understanding. 6. Previous experience with VLSI design projects or research is preferred but not required. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary software/tools for remote work.
