Engineer / Assistant Manager - Production with an Electronic products manufacturer, Bangalore

• Knowledge in latest technologies used in Electronics product manufacturing process,

• Experience to ensure smooth transition of new products from design to full-scale production.
• Manage activities of Manufacturing Engineering and interact with EMS (Electronic

• Knowledge on DFM, DFA, PCB Gerber, Schematic & BOM creation
• Material and production plan as per the set monthly target
• Monitor proto, pilot, and early production build & mass manufacturing.
• Documentation reviews internally and with external stakeholders - BOM Analysis, Assembly

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product designs are optimized for

• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers for components and sub-assemblies.
• Design and qualify our industrial process and flow, knowledge on IQC and OQC operations.
• Process optimization: Implementation of auto testing to improve productivity.

• Experience in component evaluation, approval & Vendor management activities
• Meeting with customers, engineers, vendors, and other interested parties to discuss

• Knowledge of hardware and software architecture debugging; Preparation of Test jigs
• Willing to travel and meet Customers & EMS organization whenever required.

• Updated with latest technologies and able to execute multiple projects at a time.
