- Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers including students, writers, and other relevant audiences .Customer Engagement:
- Initiate contact with inbound users via calls and emails to establish a connection.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-informed about Desklib's offerings and know how to utilize them effectively.Social Media Leads Gathering:
- Utilize social media platforms to gather leads and expand the customer base
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads through various channels.RequirementsHaving Atleast 1 year of experience in International sales.
