Then it’s time to join Western Union as a Manager, Decision Engine.Western Union powers your pursuit.We are seeking a Rules Engine Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for participating in the development of Blaze Advisor rules engine (or other technologies). The Rules Engine Manger will work within an integrated team to develop and update business object model; rules Participate in requirements discussions and meetings as necessary.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist in documenting technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid/mitigate/resolve those risks. Create Rulesets and/or Rules Templates. Create automated Unit test suites (i.e. BRUnit tests) demonstrating that delivered source code meets functional and non-functional requirements. repository structure, interfaces between rules engine and remaining system, and proper rule execution algorithms to meet functional requirements.Role Requirements

Experience with Blaze Advisor 7.0 or above (or engines are a plus).
Experience in developing and deploying RMAs, including designing and building templates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Object Oriented programming (e.g., JAVA, C#)
Work experience in agile environment.
Strong unit and integration testing skills.
Experience understanding complex business needs, eliciting information, and translating that into technical requirements and tasks that are actionable.
Experience conducting root cause analysis in complex systems.
SQL and SAS experience preferred.
Financial services experience preferred.
