Counselors should be very Clear about the pitching and they have to focus on the content of delivery.
Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion..
E-Mailers: she has to send thanks email after every new visit as the same time when the executive shares the email immediately after the visit updated in Whats App group.
Converting leads into successful admissions.

1. Effective and Timely Follow-ups.2. Handle Different student's inquiries.3. Make calls, follow ups & ownership4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette's.5. Punctuality.6. Respond to Student's inquiries proactively.7. Provide product and information to students.8.
