Extensive experience in quality assurance, ideally in a consultancy or recruitment setting, to uphold our high standards.
Proficiency in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to identify and mitigate potential quality issues effectively.
Strong ability to develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring consistent quality practices.
Expertise in Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of processes.
Exceptional documentation skills ensuring precision and compliance in all records and reports.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data for quality improvement and provide detailed insights.
Excellent communication skills to articulate quality standards to all stakeholders and work collaboratively within the team.
A proactive approach to quality assurance, focusing on continuous improvement and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee implementation of quality assurance programs aligned with industry standards and client expectations.
Lead efforts in developing and maintaining comprehensive CAPAs and ensure their effective execution within the organization.
Draft, update, and enforce SOPs to uphold consistent quality across all operational activities.
Conduct detailed Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to assess and enhance product and process quality.
Ensure meticulous documentation practices are followed and all quality records are maintained accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Train staff on quality procedures, standards, and changes in regulatory requirements.
