- Update data bank of Architects, Specifiers & Interior Designers in CRM for the assigned territory of AID Officer (minimum 40).- Build effective & strong relationship with top retail Architects/ Specifiers & Interior Designers in the assigned territory.- Liaison with Architects, Specifiers & Interior Designers for specification & approval of AkzoNobel range of products.- Focus & establish new products and Adjacent categories within Architects/ Specifiers & Interior Designers segments.- Design and organize local promotional strategies through group presentations and participation in Architect/ Specifiers/ Interior Designers meets & seminars.- Ensure Architect visit & relationship management.- Influencer Scheme/ Programme detailing.- Briefing on Color Properties.- Conduct Architect/ Interior Designer meets to brief/ train them on new products.- Enable business development, lead generation & specification targets in the assigned territory for achieving offtake sales target.- Provide with techno commercial support to team during the pre-sales stage.- Understand customer requirement through Architect/ Specifier and provide relevant solution.- Site Management through SMP.- Specified site conversion.- Ensure documentation regarding commercial process while billing.- Need to register in IIID chapters.- Coordination with Marketing team for FTD tools & Technical documents.- Coordinate with samplers & technical team.- Coordination with dealer, building contractor & consumer.- Customer/ consumer management.- Co- ordinate and Liaison with all internal stake holders like sales/ sell-in team, technical support & marketing to achieve overall sales conversion.- Build skills and capability of AID Officers through regular training and product demonstration.- Onboarding of AID Officers & building capability.- Specified site measurement/ Quotation submission process.- Reporting using CRM tool & ensure 100% usage of CRM for specified site management.- Demonstrate engagement drivers to AID Officer to ensure strong engagement.- Maintain relationship with the assigned Architects & Interior Designers facilitate business through the team,- Execute, daily - Architects & Interior Designers connect plan for the day, fortnightly and monthly review process.- Identify gaps and agree gap closing actions with RMM/ RM.- Escalate for support required on gap-closing actions.- Monthly Lead generation & conversion- Products specification in number of small & medium sites- Ensure productivity of AID Officers.
