- Oversee the on- and offboarding processes for external partners, ensuring smooth integration and efficient operations within the organization.
- Facilitate a seamless orientation and ensure external partners find their way effectively in our company culture and systems.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the onboarding and lifecycle management of external partners.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data management to support strategic decision-making related to external partner operations.
- Support the customization of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) portals to accommodate international requests and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and assist in implementing adjustments to HR systems.
- Resolve incident tickets and service requests, coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- First experiences in HR IT project management, particularly in employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS) portals.
- Knowledgeable in SAP HR systems, demonstrating strong competency in using SAP for effective HR solutions and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and understanding of integration challenges within complex ERP environments is a plus.
