- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with expertise in manual and automation testing at product based orgs
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Git, and cloud platforms
- Experience testing AI applications and using AI testing tools (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Develop comprehensive test plans outlining scope, objectives, and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability and best practices
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in software QA
