  • Performing financial analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance to standards.
  • Reviewing and analyzing balance sheet account reconciliations to identify variances and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Producing periodic financial reports and supporting the overall financial close process.
  • Assisting in enhancing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to optimize processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
RequirementsWe're looking for candidates with:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in R2R reconciliations or financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting tools.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/others).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate financial data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Any finance-related certification (CA-Inter, MBA-Finance, or equivalent) will be a plus!
