Pre-Sales Technical Consultant - Bangalore CBU Pre-sales- We are looking for a highly skilled Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or pre-sales engineering.- This role will involve providing deep technical expertise, solution design, and product demonstrations to potential clients while working closely with the sales team to drive technical aspects of the sales cycle.Experience: 2-4 yearsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related fieldIndustry/Domain: Enterprise Networking, Cloud IT, UCC (Unified Collaboration & Communication)Key Responsibilities:Technical Consultation & Solution Design- Engage with channel partners/customers to understand their business and technical requirements.- Design and propose tailored solutions that align with customer objectives.- Provide recommendations on product configurations, integrations, and best practices to optimize customer outcomes.Product Demonstrations & Presentations- Conduct technical product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and workshops for potential clients.- Create and deliver compelling presentations showcasing product capabilities effectively.Sales Support & Collaboration- Work closely with sales teams to develop winning strategies for customer engagements.- Address customer concerns, objections, and technical queries during the sales cycle to ensure smooth progress.- Assist in responding to RFP/RFI requests and preparing solution documentation.Training & Enablement- Conduct training sessions for partner pre-sales/sales teams on product features and technical selling points.- Provide support to customers during the onboarding process when necessary.Technical Expertise:- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Networking (Routing, Switching, Wireless).- Experience with Cloud Managed IT (Meraki, Aruba, Fortigate, etc.) and Unified Collaboration and Communication (UCC).Presentation Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Customer-Focused: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and address customer pain points effectively.Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to customer interactions.Certifications (Preferred)Cisco, Fortigate, Juniper, or other relevant technical certifications.
