Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales function across all channels. This role is responsible for setting strategy, driving revenue, managing key accounts, expanding distribution, and leading a high-performing sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet company targetsManage and grow sales across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerceLead regional sales teams and ensure performance against KPIsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partnersMonitor market trends, competition, and customer behaviorCollaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance for aligned executionPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgeting plansRequirements10+ years of sales experience in FMCG or consumer products3-5 years in a senior leadership roleStrong experience in managing channel sales and distributionProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent leadership, communication, and analytical skillsMBA or equivalent preferred
