About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Product Consultant to join our sales team. This role involves conducting on-site product demonstrations, building strong relationships with potential customers, and converting leads into sales. You will play a key role in representing the brand and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and act on daily lead assignments within the designated territory.
  • Conduct minimum 3 high-quality product presentations to potential customers per day.
  • Execute regular field visits to engage with both prospective and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date entries in the CRM system, including:
  • Customer feedback
  • Follow-up actions
  • Lead status updates
  • Actively manage the sales funnel through consistent follow-ups.
  • Schedule and coordinate product presentations with potential customers.
  • Track and report on lead conversion metrics and performance.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to maximize coverage and lead engagement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum +12 qualification or equivalent.
  • Technical background (Diploma / Engineering) is an added advantage.
  • Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle.
  • Strong verbal communication in the local language; fluency in English is a plus.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers with varied backgrounds.
  • Proficient in basic digital tools and applications:
  • Email communication
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • CRM systems
Key Skill Set:
  • Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and customer engagement
