Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cloud-native digital solutions across enterprise platforms. This role involves driving architecture for complex, multi-team programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling cutting-edge digital innovation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.Your role:Architecture & StrategyScope and define large-scale, system-level architecture for cloud and mobile solutions across multiple teams and domains.Architect and oversee the implementation of cloud-native services (e.g., AWS, Azure , GCP) , with extensive experience in .NET technologies building applications, APIs, and services; ensuring performance, reliability, and security.Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.Database Management:Knowledge of working with databases within microservices architecture, including SQL and NoSQL databases, data consistency, partitioning strategies, and efficient data retrieval methodsTechnical Leadership & Problem SolvingIndependently identify, analyze, and resolve architectural challenges using advanced data-driven problem-solving techniques.Exercise independent judgment in the selection of technologies, tools, and methods to achieve desired outcomes.Guide architectural decisions with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (microservices, containers, serverless, message queues) and modern software development paradigms.Mentorship & Team DevelopmentMentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering growth in solution design and cloud architecture competencies.Serve as a role model and advocate for architectural excellence and engineering rigor.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, sales, procurement, subject matter experts (SMEs), IT/operations and engineering teams to define and deliver robust, patient-centric solutions.Contribute to cross-organization initiatives and serve as a strategic consultant on enterprise-wide projects.Business Engagement & Solution PresentationPrepare and deliver solution presentations and architecture overviews to clients, including C-level executives, clinicians, IT professionals, and procurement leaders.Participate in client discussions, risk assessments, and contract evaluations to ensure successful solution delivery.Risk & Compliance ManagementIdentify engagement risks and evaluate third-party components using standardized risk assessment methodologies.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62304, HIPAA, GDPR) and support documentation for FDA or other regulatory submissions.Continuous Improvement & GovernanceParticipate in post-project audits and retrospectives to drive improvements in architecture practices, project scoping, and delivery processes.Establish and promote architectural best practices, governance models, and reusable frameworks.You're the right fit if:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3–5 years in a Technical Lead/Architect role.Expertise in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, and GraphQL integrations.Strong experience in microservices, REST Api and any of the databases.Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, serverless, containers, and modern messaging systems.Proven experience in architecting and deploying cloud-based systems and mobile applications in regulated industries (e.g., healthcareExperience with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, infrastructure as code, and test automation.How we work together
