Description & RequirementsPosition Summary:Leads software engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.Aligns development efforts with business goals and product roadmaps.Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Mentor and coach developers, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UX) to define and refine requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, agile practices, and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive resolution of technical challenges and remove blockers for the team.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in leading software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
