Enterprise Account Manager (Junior AE) \Roles and Responsibilities : Account Ownership & Executive Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across business, technology, and leadership teams; build deep, trust-based relationships and lead QBRs, steering committees, and C-level engagements (CMO, CTO, CIO, etc.).Revenue Growth & Strategic Commercial Planning : Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities by aligning customer objectives (conversion, engagement, lead quality, etc.) with tailored account plans and partner solution capabilities.Customer Success & Delivery Oversight : Partner with tech, design, product, solutions, and PMO teams to ensure seamless delivery; track adoption, performance, and account health while proactively managing risks and escalations.Strategic Advisory & Value Realisation : Translate enterprise goals into actionable roadmaps, business cases, and transformation initiatives; align implementations and optimisation efforts to measurable customer KPIs and outcomes.Internal Collaboration & Governance Excellence : Coordinate cross-functional execution while maintaining strong governance across contracts, SLAs, reporting, invoicing, compliance, and overall account operations.Experience and Skills : - 2-4 years' experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consulting within digital/SaaS/martech; IT/Computer Science background with MBA/PGDM preferred.- Proven ability to manage 10-12 enterprise accounts simultaneously, driving retention and active account growth (not just renewals).- Capable of mapping large enterprise structures, identifying whitespace opportunities, and proactively generating new projects within existing accounts.- Confident engaging CXO/VP stakeholders (especially BFSI and large enterprises) with strong executive communication and credibility.- Solid exposure to digital ecosystems (CMS, martech, CX, analytics, cloud) and familiarity with platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, AWS, or Google Cloud.- Commercially astute-understands pricing, deal structuring, renewals, forecasting, and revenue contribution.- Strong cross-functional collaborator across delivery, product, design, and engineering; comfortable in agile, waterfall, or hybrid models; hands-on in managing escalations, metrics, QBRs, and governance.
