About the Role:As a Customer Support Associate - Voice, you will be handling inbound voice calls, primarily internal calls with no sales targets.Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with their queries and providing efficient resolutions, focusing on key parameters like Average Handling Time (AHT).Key Responsibilities :- Handle inbound customer queries over the phone.- Provide accurate and timely information and solutions.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.- Adhere to communication protocols and company policies.- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.Locations & Language Requirements:We require candidates who are proficient in English and at least one of the regional languages listed below for their respective locations.Location Language Requirements Monthly Stipend Range (INR)Bangalore English and Kannada/Tamil 15,000 - 20,000Shift Timings:- 9 hours per day (including a 60-minute break).- 6-day work week.- Rotational shifts (24/7 environment).- Typical shifts include 9 AM to 5 PM, 10 AM to 6 PM.- Late evening/night shifts (e.g., 3 PM to 12 AM, 4 PM to 1 AM, 5 PM to 2 AM, 6 PM to 3 AM) are also part of the rotation.- Company-arranged drop-off service will be provided for shifts ending after 9:30 PM.Apprenticeship Program Details:This apprenticeship program is designed for:- NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme): Undergraduates- NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme): GraduatesAttendance will be managed through Writer Information's HRMS system.Selection & Certification Process:1. Interview Process (3 Rounds):- HR Screening- Interview- Online English Test: An AI-based test with a passing score of 52 out of 100. Candidates who do not pass can reappear or reapply after 30 days for the same position.2. Batch Joining: Candidates will join in groups of 25-30.3. Post-Joining Training & Certification (3 Weeks):- Mandatory 3-week training program (no leave allowed during this period).- Includes On-the-Job Training (OJT) and classroom training.- Weekly evaluation parameters will be in place.- Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate, making you eligible to be part of the team. Non-certified candidates will exit but can reapply after 90 days.Career Growth & Incentives:- Internal Job Postings (IJPs): Opportunities for career progression within the company are available every 6 months.- Incentive Programs: Attractive incentive programs, including special day incentives, are in place.
