As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, working directly with clients to design, configure, and support the Time and Labor module and related functionalities. You will be expected to manage implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementations focusing on Time and Labor (OTL).
Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
Utilize OTL and Fast Formula to customize applications to meet client-specific business needs.
Conduct client workshops, solution design, and configuration sessions.
Provide ongoing project support and end-user training post-implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance on delivered solutions.
Participate in project planning, execution, documentation, and status reporting.
Migrate setup changes from non-Production to Production environments.
Manage customer-facing communications and client expectations effectively.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Time and Labor.
Strong expertise in OTL and Fast Formula configuration.
Must understand CORE HR module along with at least one additional module (Payroll or Absence).
Should have conducted client workshops, solution design, and configuration activities.
Experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.
Proven experience in implementation projects and managing client-facing roles.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and switch between them efficiently.
Comfortable working in a flexible and dynamic environment with tight timelines.
Experience in migrating setup changes across environments (non-Prod to Prod).
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
Flexibility to work in different time zones as per client requirements.

Nice-to-have Skills

Experience in additional Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
Familiarity with related technologies and integration tools.
