Manager - Legal and Compliances

• The incumbent will closely work with Principal Officer and assist with the following:

• Conduct of meetings of the directors and shareholders of the Company, preparation & finalization of the minutes of meetings; Coordinate with CS/CA for filling and filing of various forms and returns in compliance with the provisions under the Companies Act; maintenance & preservation of all applicable records and returns

• Drafting, negotiation & finalization of publishing & other business contracts including NDAs, leave & license agreements, lease agreements, service agreements and updation of standard templates

• Seeking approvals/permissions from insurance regulator and ensuring compliance with broker guidelines

• Managing trademark & copyright portfolio of the company/ies

• Liaise with external counsels/advocates in respect of ongoing litigation including recovery matters, notices and any other potential legal issues;

• Liaise with regulatory authorities including ROC, Legal Metrology Department, IRDA

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Company policies & all applicable laws Educational Qualifications CS or LLB from reputed university
