AAK employ more than 3,500 employees globally and with 20 production facilities and customization plants, and sales offices in over 25 countries spanning six continents we have one of our industries most diverse global footprints.AAK MumbaiAbout the roleTo support the strategic direction with sound and balanced legal advice on a wide range of corporate commercial matters.Handling contract drafting, negotiation & litigation (Commercial, civil, criminal, labour laws)To be actively involved in managing potential litigation and ensure that business interest is protected.To advise and assist the business partners in negotiations with third parties and to assist as appropriate in concluding settlements.To ensure that all material legal & compliance related issues are approved by in accordance with policies.Handling contract drafting, negotiation & litigation (civil, criminal, labour laws)Drafting and Vetting of various agreements i.e. Leave and License, DoA's, Interconnect Agreements, LOI's, NDA's, Power of Attorney's, Term Sheets and Consultancy Agreements for different departmentsResponsible for registration and obtaining various licenses and permits in relation with regulatory authorities and the operational team of the company Guiding, supervising and coordinating for Company related issues in connection with IPR (Trademark, Patents), Compliance, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, Weights & Measures lawsMonitoring legal and other regulatory compliances across the organizationAdvise business on day to day legal issuesQualification & ExperienceQualified LLB from reputed college / university with 8-10 Years ExperienceGood knowledge of Litigation and proficiency in drafting and vetting of agreements.In depth knowledge on Food laws (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, advertisement regulation).Knowledge in licensing requirement under FSSAI and allied regulationsAAK prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, religion, veteran status, and any other class of individuals protected from discrimination under state or federal law in any aspect of the access to, admission, or treatment of students in its programs and activities, or in employment and application for employment.
