Salary: 8-12 LPAJob Summary:We are
looking for an experienced Project Manager from the building
materials industry to manage and coordinate end-to-end project execution
involving Wall Panels, Gypsum systems, and other prefabricated or dry
construction solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of construction
project workflows, site coordination, and client/vendor management.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute projects
related to Wall Panels, Gypsum boards, and other building material
installations.
Coordinate with clients,
contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality
project execution.
Oversee site activities
including material delivery, labor deployment, quality checks, and safety
compliance.
Provide technical guidance
to site supervisors and ensure adherence to design and engineering
specifications.
Monitor and manage project
timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and resolve
project-related issues, delays, or risks.
Prepare progress reports,
site documentation, and project updates for management and clients.
Collaborate with the sales
and logistics team for project alignment and client satisfaction.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 5 years of
experience as a Project Manager / Site Coordinator in the building
material industry (panels, gypsum boards, drywall systems, or dry
construction solutions).
Strong knowledge of construction
processes, project lifecycle management, and installation techniques
for walling systems.
Excellent organizational,
leadership, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to
multiple project sites across cities.
Proficiency in MS Project,
Excel, AutoCAD (optional), and basic project reporting tools.
Education: B.E./Diploma in
