- Team Capability Mapping: Get to know teams, conduct structured assessments of leaders and key contributors, and provide leadership with clear insights on team strengths and development areas.
- Scaling & Enablement Programs: Design and run onboarding and enablement initiatives to support rapid team growth ensuring new joiners are productive and engaged.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement practical process improvements that reduce bottlenecks, improve delivery speed, and enhance quality—drawing on best practices from fintech and global delivery.
- Stakeholder & Leadership Support: Coordinate quarterly all-hands, organize skip-level meetings with fresh agendas, and facilitate collaboration with other operations and L&D teams.
- Metrics & Delivery Health: Support delivery managers on staff augmentation projects, track key metrics, and provide actionable reporting to leadership.
- Ongoing Initiatives: Proactively manage information flow, drive follow-ups, and help reduce day-to-day tactical issues for senior leaders.
- 15+ years’ experience in program management, release/change management, or delivery operations
- Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and complex programs across multiple geographies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to implement pragmatic, low-overhead solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to adapt to a global rapidly changing consulting environment
