Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
- Gather and process payroll information, such as attendance records, commissions, bonuses, and
deductions.
- Verify the accuracy of payroll data, including salary changes, new hires, terminations, and leave
of absence.
- Prepare and distribute electronic transfers to employees in a timely manner.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and collaborate with relevant departments to
resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Employee Record Management:
- Prepare employee correspondences, such as appointment letters, increment letters, and
performance summaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic, including
personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and tax forms.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, maintaining strict
confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork
and updating records accordingly.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with applicable compliances with laws and company policies regarding
payroll and employee records.
- Prepare regular payroll reports, including tax filings, wage statements, and other required
documentation.
- Assist in conducting audits to verify the accuracy of payroll data.
Skills:
- Previous experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- User experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Effective communication skill.
