Role PurposeDrive channel readiness, sales growth, and business development for the kitchen appliances category across the assigned geography.Key Responsibilities :Channel Development :- Identify and onboard channel partners (multi-brand outlets, kitchen dealers, retail counters)- Ensure deployment of branding, displays, and marketing collaterals- Execute sales activation, BTL activities, and partner engagement initiativesSales & Business Growth :- Achieve monthly and annual sales & collection targets- Manage and expand channel network (GT, retail, exclusive outlets)- Ensure strong pipeline, product visibility, and premium product mix- Build relationships with architects, builders, and contractorsOperations & Execution :- Coordinate with supply chain for stock availability and forecasting- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and liquidation- Track performance and prepare MIS reports- Ensure cross-functional coordination (sales, service, finance, logistics) People & Market Development :- Train and motivate retailers and in-store promoters- Capture market intelligence, competition insights, and growth opportunitiesKey KPIs :- Sales achievement & growth (%)- Active channel partners- Collections & outstanding reduction- Distribution reach & market activation- Focus product performanceStakeholders :Internal: Sales & support teamsExternal: Channel partners, finance partnersProfile Requirements- Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)- Up to 35 years of age- Experience in kitchen appliances or similar consumer durable category- Strong skills in sales execution, channel management, and stakeholder handling (ref:updazz.com)
