- Create and execute platform-specific strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and building a strong online community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Track, analyze, and report on content and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and optimize ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all content and channels.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines based on market trends and audience feedback.
- 2–6 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
