We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to own content creation, blog and SEO content, and social media management across platforms. This role will focus on performance-driven content that supports SEO growth, website traffic, customer acquisition, and engagement across social channels.This is a hands-on role responsible for writing, planning, and distributing content across website and social media platforms, while working closely with the SEO, Brand, Design, and Marketing teams.Key Responsibilities1. Content & SEO Content Writing
  • Own and manage blog content and SEO content creation
  • Write blog articles, landing page content, city/service pages, and website copy
  • Work closely with the SEO team on keyword-focused content
  • Refresh and optimise existing website content
  • Ensure all website content is SEO-friendly and conversion-focused
  • Support backlink/PR content where required
  • Maintain a blog/content calendar aligned with SEO and marketing priorities
2. Social Media ManagementManage and grow the company’s presence across:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Pinterest
  • TikTok
Responsibilities include:
  • Creating monthly social media content calendars
  • Writing captions and post copy
  • Planning post topics and content themes
  • Working with the design team on creatives/collateral
  • Publishing and scheduling posts
  • Monitoring engagement and performance
  • Growing followers and engagement
  • Identifying trends and content opportunities
3. Video Content & Scripts
  • Plan and develop short-form video content ideas
  • Write scripts for Reels, TikTok, and short-form videos
  • Work with designers/video editors to produce videos
  • Develop content around lifestyle, tips, customer stories, convenience, and brand messaging
  • Identify video trends and content formats that can drive engagement and reach
4. Content Planning & Campaign Support
  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events
  • Create content to support marketing campaigns and offers
  • Support paid media team with ad copy and messaging where required
  • Repurpose blog and website content into social media content
  • Ensure consistent messaging across website and social channels
5. Influencer & Collaboration Content (Preferred/Plus Skill but Not Mandatory)
  • Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and content creators
  • Support influencer collaborations and content campaigns
  • Plan influencer content topics and messaging
  • Track influencer content performance and engagement
  • Help build partnerships for social media growth and brand visibility
KPIs / Success MetricsPerformance will be measured based on:
  • Blog content production and website content delivered
  • Organic traffic to blog and content pages
  • Social media follower growth
  • Engagement rates on social media
  • Video content production and performance
  • Content delivered for campaigns and promotions
  • Influencer collaborations and content output
  • Contribution of content to marketing and SEO initiatives
Experience & Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing
  • Strong content writing and copywriting skills (long form and short form)
  • Experience writing blog and SEO content
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand
  • Experience creating content calendars and content strategies
  • Experience working with designers and marketing teams
  • Understanding of SEO content and digital marketing
  • Experience with short-form video content planning and scripting
  • Experience working with influencers or content creators is a strong plus
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Tools / Skills (Preferred)
  • Social media scheduling tools
  • Google Analytics / Search Console (basic understanding)
  • Canva or basic content tools
  • CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Basic understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Reporting Structure
This role will report to the Organic and Content Marketing Head and will work closely with SEO, Design, and Brand teams.Work Schedule
  • UK Shift: 9-hour shift (8 working hours)
  • 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
