Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Conceptualize, Build, simulate, and optimize the process by building models in DES

domain using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and Anylogic Software. (Anylogic tool is amust)

Must have min 2-5 years of experience using the Anylogic tool, Tecnomatix Plant Simulation

and Flexsim is added advantage.

Should have proven experience working in Automotive sector preferably with Assembly

line, Production line, Supply chain management, warehouse management and Logistics.

Analysis through simulation on topics related KPI improvements, throughput

determination, Bottleneck analysis & resolution, resources optimization, Inventoryreduction and optimization.

Independently solve complex challenges, optimize models for efficiency and

accuracy, and draw insightful conclusions from simulation results.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable

simulation models and helps in providing solution to solve the problem/improvise theprocess.Experience2 TO 5 YEARSIndustry PreferredAutomobile/ManufacturingQualificationsBE Mechanical or M.E/MTechGeneral RequirementsGeneral Requirements -

Good communication skills

Excellent Team Player

Technical Requirements -

Excellent knowledge of Simtalk2.0 coding language to model logics

Good knowledge of automotive processes in BIW, Paint and TCF shops

Good knowledge in understanding Digital Manufacturing domain.

Basic understanding of other coding languages, like VBA script for macros, phyton etc.

Good Knowledge in using Power Bi and excel.
