The PPC Executive is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities in a manufacturing setting. The role involves ensuring timely availability of raw materials, optimizing resource utilization, monitoring production schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and inventory levels.Coordinate with the Project and inventory teams to understand demand forecasts.Material Planning:Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments for material availability.Monitor stock levels and avoid production delays due to material shortages.Scheduling & Monitoring:Prepare detailed production schedules and monitor progress.Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery schedules.Communicate production plans to shop floor supervisors and operators.Coordinate with quality, maintenance, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Data Management & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and delivery performance.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production efficiency, downtime, and planning adherence.Powered by Webbtree
