The the company manufactures filter housings, cartridge filters, and filter media for various industrial applicationsAn Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate must posses 5-10 years experience in industrial or pharma-adjacent sales. Experience in pharma industry-Filters.Exposure in Pharma exposure in plant, OEM, EPC, or validation.Selling exp of Specific pharma equipment(i.e filter or any relevant similar product)/filtration systems..Strong door-opening and relationship skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage sellingKey Competencies:
  • The Pharma Business Development Manager will focus on entry and non-validated business
  • Responsible for to open doors in pharmaceutical companies by generating early-stage, non-validated business, pilots, and repeat utility-side orders, and to create a pipeline and references that can later transition into validated and strategic pharma business.
  • Account entry and access building in pharma companies
  • Drive non-validated business (utility filters, pre-filters, pilots)
  • Manage pilots and trials
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and leadership teams
  • Maintain CRM discipline and reporting
