- Opportunity to build enterprise-grade Copilot and Agentic AI solutions used globally
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI extensibility
- Work closely with business leaders and product owners, influencing real outcomes
- Strong growth path through technical ownership, mentorship, and continuous learning
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Build and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows to automate and enhance business processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions
- Integrate low-code solutions with Microsoft 365, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Ensure governance, security, and performance best practices across deployed solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable frameworks and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in software development or automation platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio
- Working knowledge of APIs, Microsoft Cloud tools, and AI-driven workflows
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to outcomes
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
- Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving AI and low-code ecosystem
