This role is a key link between your clients and their providers, as you will monitor the process of supplies’ delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to transactional procurement which include:ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle compliant PosProcess catalog-based ordersPO amendments and cancellationsPurchase order preparation, issuance and transmissionRequesting and processing PO acknowledgement from vendorsEscalate PO non-acknowledged from VendorFollow up on open Pos for one time deliveryCreate and update Vendor Master dataSupport Vendor Master Set-up (Form Filling). Amend Vendors and maintenanceAnswering requests related to PO, GR and invoice matchingAddress internal stakeholders and supplier queriesWork effectively in a team environment.Qualifications
