- Achieve assigned quota targets for the MNC account list within the North India territory.
- Manage a highly transactional sales role by qualifying and managing opportunities generated by partners and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure accountability for opportunity management and deal closure.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to enhance partner engagements.
- Focus on direct customer opportunities, excluding MSP, wholesale business, or partners as customers.
- Identify cross-architecture opportunities and work with the Mid-market Pod and partners to execute.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Cisco's solutions, offers, sales campaigns, and partner promotions.
- Work closely with the extended architecture team to ensure pipeline hygiene.
- Meet or exceed quota targets for assigned MNC accounts in North India.
- Qualify and manage partner- and marketing-generated opportunities effectively.
- Drive partner accountability for opportunity progression and deal closure.
- Keep abreast of market and competitive developments to inform partner interactions.
- Concentrate on direct mid-market customer engagements.
- Collaborate with Mid-market Pod and partners to pursue cross-architecture sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco's portfolio and promotional activities.
- Partner with architecture teams to maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Inside Sales from relevant industries.
- Demonstrate Cisco's Guiding Principles in daily interactions and decision-making.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and teamwork within the Pod structure.
- Ability to balance partner engagement with direct customer interaction across the territory.
- Possess deep knowledge of Cisco's product portfolio and effectively communicate the "One Cisco Story."
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners and customers to drive results.
