Department: Product / Business AnalysisAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and analytical Business Analyst to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering requirements, defining product features, and driving the development of SaaS-based products. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define product requirements, and create detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new product features.
Work closely with the engineering and product design teams to ensure smooth execution of product roadmaps.
Develop process flows, use cases, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions) with cross-functional teams.
Identify and track key product metrics; use data-driven insights to refine product functionality.
Partner with QA teams to validate features and ensure requirements are met in final deliverables.
Act as a bridge between business, technical, and customer-facing teams to ensure product alignment and successful delivery.Key RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or SaaS product company.
Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching new SaaS products or modules.
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in creating functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, and SQL (for data validation) is a plus.
