Execute test cases and resolve functional issues arising from user acceptance testing.Support and co-ordinate UAT, defining (and executing) testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team as well as the business areaEnsure adherence to application and technology related architectural standards and development policiesPerform data analysis to support tasks as requiredProviding hands-on, functional post go-live support to usersIdentify risks/issues and escalate to Program Management accordingly.Your skills and experienceFluent in English (written/verbal).8-10 years of experience in Business AnalysisExperience working with business requirements through to system level functional specifications (Must have)Experience in financial domain - Wealth Management (Must have) with experience working on cross asset projects.Domain Expertise in core business processes and products in the Wealth Management portfolio.Good knowledge in at least 4 to 5 of the business domains - Portfolio Management, Equity, Fixed Income, Funds, FX, MM, Alternative Investments, Derivatives and Structured Products.Experience in Wealth Core banking systems - Avaloq (Preferred) / T24 / Others.Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleaguesAdvanced analytical and problem solving experience and ability to identify issues independently, grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions and oversee their delivery.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong planning and highly organised with ability to prioritize key deliverables across several work streams.Excellent communication and documentation / presentation skills.Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organisations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.Advanced knowledge of methods and tooling for the Business Functional Analysis Profession.Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.Broad knowledge of related business solutions in the marketplace.How we’ll support youTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsAbout us and our teamsPlease visit our company website for further information:We strive for a in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
