- 7+ yrs experience in SAP CS. (SAP SD as core knowledge of 4yrs & 3yrs in SAP CS is preferred)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.
- Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
- Mandatory Skills:Hands-on working knowledge in SAP Customer Service.
- Work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution and Implementation Projects.
- Knowledge in interfaces (EDI, API etc..).
- Able to understand business processes, ability to validate the proposed solution & handle the requirements delivery.
- Establish & maintain effective relationship with cross functional/technical teams.
- Able to actively support business users.
- Exposureof S/4 HANA & Fiori Apps.
- Good to have skills :Working knowledge of Warranty & Claims.
- Work experience in Roll-out Projects.
- Ability to review the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP Customer Service development, user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.
